- 2 glasses of blueberries. (fresh or frozen)
- 2 cups water.
Put two ingredients in a pot and boil slowly. Reduce heat and cook for about 5 to 10 minutes until blueberries soften. To release their juice, cook until become puree. Then separate liquid from dish with a strainer or cheesecloth.

Recipe Of Traditional Medicinal Blueberry Tea
- 1 pack fresh blueberry.
- 3 litres of water.
- 2 cups sugar.
- 2 orange juice.
- 2 lemon juice.
- 12 cloves.
- 2 cinnamon sticks.
Put blueberries and juice in a pot, bring to a boil, and add the other ingredients and cook for 30 minutes. Infuse for more than 1 hour. Heat and service again when you serve.

- 2 cups of blueberries.
- 6 slices of thin ginger root.
- 6 whole cloves.
- 2 stick cinnamon.
- 4 cups of water.
- 1/4 cup of honey.
- 4 tea bags.
- 4 cups of apple juice.
Combine blueberries, ginger, cloves, cinnamon and juice in a large pot. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Boil until blueberries soften for another 5 minutes.
Remove from fire and mix honey. Add tea bags and leave for 5 minutes, stirring once more. Filter through 2 layers with wet gauze.
Add apple juice to pot. Re-heat and serve hot. (You can store in refrigerator if you want and then you can warm up again.)
